Christmas in the Languedoc

When: Early December – Early January
Where: Carcassonne, Narbonne, Montpellier, Perpignan.

Like many other places in Europe, the French cities are visited by the Christmas Markets, however in typical French style, they add their own twist on it. Large carnivals and celebrations happen, coming to a head on Christmas eve where it is common to find the whole town out celebrating, along with Christmas Parades.
